Voicemail transcription is worse than you think
Carrier voicemail-to-text gets trades terms wrong constantly. "Sump pump" becomes "some bunk".
The carrier voicemail-to-text features many shops rely on were not trained on plumbing or HVAC vocabulary. We have logs full of "sump pump" becoming "some bunk," "P-trap" becoming "pea trap," and entire addresses mangled past recognition.
Acting on a transcribed voicemail without listening to the recording is dangerous. Either listen to every message or use intake software designed for the trade.
