Stop returning calls from random numbers
If the callback comes from a different number than the one the customer called, half of them never answer.
Caller ID is everything. A customer who dialed (512) 555-0102 expects (512) 555-0102 to call back. When the callback comes from the owner's personal cell, the tech's truck phone, or the dispatch system's outbound pool, screening apps kill it.
Configure your phone setup so every callback originates from the business number the customer dialed. If you cannot, your booking rate on returned calls is leaking and you cannot see where.
