Two-hour windows beat four-hour windows on the phone

Booking conversion is materially higher when the AI offers a 2-hour window instead of a 4-hour one.

We split 5,800 bookings between two-hour windows and four-hour windows. The two-hour version converted 17% better on the call, despite techs sometimes arriving toward the late edge. Customers value precision more than they punish a 15-minute miss.

This was a surprise to a lot of shops who assumed wider windows would feel more "honest." They felt vague.
