Your greeting is too long
Most trades shop voicemail greetings run 22-35 seconds. The average caller is gone by second 7.
If you absolutely must use voicemail as part of your phone setup, shorten the greeting. Name, "we're with another customer," beep. Six seconds. That is it.
Long greetings exist because the owner is trying to give the caller useful info: hours, emergency line, address. The caller does not hear any of it. They hung up at second six.
