Why your hunt group hits voicemail anyway

Multi-line ringing solves nothing when all the people in the hunt group are busy on other calls.

A hunt group rings line one, then line two, then line three until somebody picks up. Great in theory. In practice, during your busiest hour all three lines are already in conversation, the ring loops, and the caller still ends up in voicemail.

The right model is hunt-group-then-AI, not hunt-group-then-voicemail. Same fallback structure, completely different outcome.
