PhoneGPT is now TradeAnswer

Same product, same team, sharper name. Why we rebranded and what's changing for existing customers.

When we launched in March 2023, "PhoneGPT" was a useful shorthand. It told people what we were within five seconds. Two years in, it tells them everything except who we're built for.

So we're TradeAnswer now. The product hasn't changed. Your phone numbers, integrations, recordings, and billing are exactly as they were. New email domain (you'll get a forwarding rule), new dashboard URL with an auto-redirect, and a brand that finally sounds like the trades it serves.

What's not changing

  • Pricing - the same plans you signed up for.
  • Phone numbers - keep yours, no porting.
  • The team - same five people who have been answering your support tickets.
