A real call from a real shop. AI answered, texted the owner, owner called back in under a minute, booked a commercial repipe.

Tuesday, 7:12pm. A property manager for a small apartment complex called a Phoenix plumber's shop about a slab leak suspected on a second-floor unit. The shop's CSR had clocked out at 5. AI picked up, qualified the job, classified it as urgent, and texted the owner.

Owner saw the text, called the property manager back at 7:12:38pm. Booked an evening leak detection and a full repipe estimate for the next morning. Total invoice when the dust settled: $14,200.

Without AI answering: voicemail, callback the next morning at 8, customer had already booked the next shop. We know because the customer told the owner during the dispatch conversation.
