Calendar booking with ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro

How TradeAnswer holds a slot, books the job, and writes the customer record back to your dispatch board.

We finally shipped two-way sync with the three dispatch platforms our customers asked for most: ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro. Google Calendar has been live since last fall.

How the booking flow works

  1. Caller describes the job. Our model classifies urgency and trade type.
  2. We pull live availability from your dispatch system, filtered by the right tech skill set.
  3. We offer two windows that minimize windshield time given the day's existing route.
  4. Customer picks one. We write the job, customer record, and notes back to the platform.
  5. Owner gets a text confirmation. Customer gets a text confirmation. Tech sees it on their tablet at the next sync.

If you want windows wider than two hours, or you want to require a callback before any booking, that's all configurable from the dashboard.
