Run a 60-minute call audit this week

How to find out exactly how many calls you missed last year, in less than an hour.

Pull your carrier's call log for one normal week in December. Filter to inbound calls under 20 seconds (the ones that hit voicemail and hung up) and inbound calls that ended in voicemail with no follow-up. Multiply by 52. Multiply by your average ticket. That number is what one quiet week of missed calls cost you over a year. Take it to your team.
