The July 4th call pattern: AC failures, pool plumbing, lockouts
Holiday cookout breaks the AC, the pool pump, or the back door lock. Phones ring. Nobody is in the office.
July 4 generates a specific cluster of calls: AC units overworked by 20 people inside the house, pool equipment failures, and door lockouts from kids running in and out. Almost every shop is closed.
If you want a free experiment, look at your call log for July 3-5 this year. Count the inbound calls, count how many you answered, and multiply the misses by your average ticket. That number is what an answering setup would have made you on a single holiday weekend.
