The AI does not call in sick
Counterpoint to the obvious objection: yes, AI answering still has downtime. Less than a human, by a lot.
Our uptime over the last twelve months is 99.94%. A full-time receptionist works about 2,080 hours a year - or 23.7% of the hours in a year. On the math, the AI is available roughly four times as many hours as your best human, and that is before sick days, lunch breaks, or PTO.
