Fall tune-up season: the calls you ignore now cost you in February

Tune-ups booked in October prevent emergencies in February. Voicemail-tune-up requests rarely convert.

The customer who calls in October to schedule a furnace tune-up is the same customer who will call in February screaming about no heat. If their tune-up call goes to voicemail and they never follow up, you have lost both the maintenance revenue now and the goodwill you would have built before the emergency.
