How emergency electricians route overflow without burning the on-call tech

A pattern for after-hours electrical: AI qualifies, AI books non-urgent, and only true emergencies wake up the tech.

An on-call electrician who gets woken up six times a night for things that could have waited until 8am will quit, and they'll be right to. The pattern we see working at the busiest emergency shops:

  1. TradeAnswer picks up every call. Always.
  2. The intake script classifies: true emergency (no power to medical equipment, sparks, smell of burning) vs. urgent (partial outage, breaker tripping repeatedly) vs. routine (outlet not working, ceiling fan install).
  3. True emergencies get the on-call tech on the phone inside 60 seconds.
  4. Urgent gets a first-thing-tomorrow booking with a confirmation text.
  5. Routine gets a callback queued for the office at 8am.

The tech sleeps. The customer feels handled. The shop captures every dollar.
